Training Plans

Pick from any one of the free training programs that we have available on this site. The plans are stored on the web as PDF files, so that you can save them to your computer and easily print them out. Click the link for each plan to view the document.

  • Ultimate Beginner - For the truly first time triathlete. Having trouble just getting out the door? Then this is the plan for you.
  • Beginner - A plan for beginner triathletes, but with a weekly schedule and structure.
  • Intermediate - For the advanced beginner or intermediate looking to improve.

Local Workouts and Training Groups

The Corpus Christi Triathlon Club have many weekly group rides, runs, and swims. They will also be organizing learn to swim and triathlon clinics leading up to the event.
